you'd have to do a hell of a lot of jogging for that to happen. besides, my mum dad do rowing, swimming, cycling, and weights just about every day, and the only issues they ever experience are the occasional sprained muscle.

Thanks for the post. Much appreciated. We hope to provide useful information and insight.
There are now many more episodes, actually, I believe that one episode of Caffè Fibonacci gets added each month.
Cheers,
Rufus

Hi Bill, Debbie told me about your upcoming classes. We're really interested; however, the FACS User Conference schedule may make it difficult for us to attend July through September, but maybe we can send at least a couple of associates. Thanks as always for your superior service to your client (and friends like us!). Corinne

Watching Apple's Leopard promo video I could only imagine the extraordinary toll all those bells and whistles would exact from the efficiency and speed of most operations. For those of us who use their computers for actual work, and not merely emailing photos, downloading songs and browsing the Web (the only activities Apple really cares to support, I've come to believe), Apple's fancy innovations some at a considerable cost. This is a lesson I've learned repeatedly over my 20+ years as a Mac user.

I found one way to save on postage. Mail using a 6x9 envelope instead of 9x12. It goes out at the letter rate, as long as it's under 3.5 ozs.
